GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Um es gleich vorwegzunehmen: Da die deutschsprachige Kundschaft nicht den Hauptschwarm unserer Klientel bildet, haben wir auf die Übersetzung unserer AGB verzichtet. Der ganze Aufwand lohnt sich einfach nicht. Zudem sind die oben angesprochenen Kunden genug intelligent, um notfalls den Sinn der unten angeführten Geschäftsbedingungen zu verstehen.

§1.      Subject of the Business Activity and Contract Parties

a. Eazzy Solutions is working in the flied of  accommodation arrangement, personnel leasing and provides other services for the guests/participants of the exhibitions being held in Germany.

b. Contract parties of this agreement are Eazzy Solutions and each natural or judicial person who takes up its services.

§2.      Conclusion of the Agreement

a. Reservation order is to be made in writing.

b. The agreement comes into force from the date of receiving back our reservation agreement signed and sealed by the Contract Party.

§ 3.     Services of Eazzy Solutions

The extent of the agreed services is described in the signed agreement. Eazzy Solutions reserves the right to make organisational changes if necessary after agreement came into force. The Contract Party will be informed immediately about changes. In case of inadequate changes the Contract Party reserves the right to cancel the signed agreement.

§ 4.     Obligations of the Contract Party

Obligations of the Contract Party are specified in the reservation agreement. 

§ 5.     Additional Charges

An agency fee (circa 20-30 €) may be charged for the order processing or any other services.

§ 6.     Total Price for the Services and Terms of Payment

a. The total price for the services is indicated in the reservation agreement or invoice respectively.

b. The payment for the services is to be effected by the Contract Party to the representative of Eazzy Solutions on the arrival day in cash or through bank transfer. Credit cards or bank cheques will not be accepted.

§ 7.     Damaging

All cost and expenses incurred in case of damaging owing to the Contract Party are to be covered by contract partner or his company who are liable for damaging.

Eazzy Solutions is not liable for any direct or indirect material or immaterial damage.

§ 8.     Cancellation Policy and Withdrawal

The Contract Party is eligible for withdrawal from the signed agreement at any time. However it is obliged to pay for earlier booked services as well as the loss of rental income for the accommodation provider (host).

In case of cancellation through contract party the following cancellation costs occur:

From 1 to 7 days before starting date of the agreement - 80% of the total amount;

From 8 to 14 days before starting date of the agreement - 50% of the total amount;

From 15 to 30 days before starting date of the agreement - 10% of the total amount;

31 days and more no costs will be charged except the preparation fee in height of 50 €.

The cancellation must be explained in writing.

§ 9.     Cost Reduction

The Contract Party is eligible for the cost reduction towards the accommodation provider (host) if the landlord/landlady does not follow his/her commitments described in the reservation agreement or the booked accommodation is not in announced condition.

§ 10.     Place of jurisdiction

The jurisdiction place is Hannover (Germany, Lower Saxony).

§ 11.     Other regulations

Should any regulation of the General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective or void, the remaining terms shall not be affected hereby.

§ 12.     Use of the Website and Exclusion of Liability

a. You should note that eazzy-solutions.com does not warrant that the information published on its website will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the details of user profiles and other information may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.

b. Eazzy Solutions, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SERVANTS AND AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIMS, EMERGENCIES, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, EXPENSES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS OF PROCEEDINGS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE AND/OR DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION RELATING TO YOU IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND YOUR CONSENT.
