GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§ 1. Subject of the business activity and contract parties of this agreement

a. Eazzy Solutions (further ES) is working in the arrangement of personnel, facility and event management for the guests of the exhibitions being held in Hannover.
b. Contract parties of this agreement are ES and each natural or judicial person who take up the services of ES.

§ 2. Conclusion of the agreement

a. Reservation order is to be made in writing.
b. The agreement comes into force from the date of receiving back our reservation agreement signed and sealed by another business partner of ES.

§ 3. Obligations of the contract party and services of ES

a. Obligations of the contract party are specified in the reservation agreement.
b. Services of the ES are specified in the reservation agreement.

§ 4. Additional charges

Agency fee may be charged for the pension of the accommodation or any other services.

§ 5. Total price for the services and terms of payment

a. The total price for the services is indicated in the reservation agreement or invoice respectively.
b. The payment for the services is to be effected by the contract party to ES on arrival day in cash (credit cards or bank cheques could be accepted).

§ 6. Damaging

All cost and expenses incurred in case of damaging owing to the contract party of ES are to be covered by contract partner or his company who are liable for damaging.

§ 7. Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation through contract party the following cancellation costs occur:
From 1 to 7 days before starting date of the agreement - 80% of the total amount;
From 8 to 14 days before starting date of the agreement - 50% of the total amount;
From 15 to 30 days before starting date of the agreement - 10% of the total amount;
31 days and more no costs will be charged except the agency fee in height of 30 ˆ.

§ 8. Place of jurisdiction

The jurisdiction place is Hannover (Germany).

§ 9. Other regulations

Should any regulation of the General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective or void, the remaining terms shall not be affected hereby.
